Dear Mr Loft,

As soon as I returned back from Copenhagen, we translated and sent your questionnaire "Preliminary questions for projet survey" to Niamey.

They have just replied to the questions put to them. Unfortunately it is in French. But as you told me that it will be ok in French also, I am sonding you a photocopy of the whole dossier, hoping that your engineers will not be too annoyed.

I shall be in Niamey by the 15th oh May after a sojourn in Abidjan. So is in the neanwhile you have any other complementary question, please do not hositate and send them to my Paris office. My staff will be wantinuously in toabh with me.
